Post gym update
Holy shit balls this new program Annie wrote me is seriously kicking my butt.
Legs yesterday and HIIT sprints today my legs are tender, did some stretches and foam rolling. Tomorrow is rest day
My blood ketones are still low, so today was fasted cardio, and I’m potentially thinking of doing a fat fast today. Not doing a refeed until Wednesday or next weekend. But I’m not sad about not refeeding this weekend, I’m enjoying keto after my sabbatical over the festive season.
